CNC Work

CNC-cut interiors, signs, furniture, panels and timber products made in our workshop near the Malvern Hills.

Our full-size 3000mm x 1500mm CNC auto tool change router allows us to cut accurate parts, repeatable components, fitted interiors, carved signs, portraits, furniture and one-off timber pieces.

We use the machine for cabin components and fitted interiors, but also take on selected CNC work where the project suits our materials, setup and workshop capacity.

CNC work routes

Fitted furniture and interiors

Boot room cupboards, utility storage, desks, shelving, wall panels, pegboards, fitted cabin furniture and practical interior details.

This suits projects where accurate cutting, repeatable parts and a workshop-made finish are more useful than hand-building everything on site.

Signs, portraits and workshop products

Carved house signs, farm signs, holiday-let signs, business signs, CNC portraits, wall panels, stools, benches, shelves and smaller workshop-made products.

Some pieces are made as one-off commissions. Others are made in small batches or available as ready-made stock.

Component cutting and panel work

Profile-cut parts, MDF and plywood components, templates, jigs, cabinet parts, decorative panels, repeatable shapes and straightforward timber-based cutting work.

This can be useful for builders, joiners, makers, farmers, businesses or anyone who needs accurate parts cut without setting up a full CNC job themselves.

What work suits us best?

The best projects for our setup are timber-based jobs with clear dimensions, suitable materials and a reason for using CNC — whether that is accuracy, repeatability, clean cutting, shaped components or a better finished result.

We mainly work with moisture-resistant MDF, exterior-grade MDF, birch plywood, softwood, hardwood or similar sheet & timber materials.

We are not trying to be a high-volume industrial cutting shop. We are best suited to practical CNC work where material choice, setup, finish and workshop judgement matter.
